Life University Leadership Weekend - Lithzy Solis

Hello, my name is Lithzy Solis, and I attend Weiser High School. I feel incredibly grateful to have been chosen to attend Life Leadership on a scholarship. To fund our trip, we organized fundraisers where we sold tamales, donuts, and held a raffle. I would like to express my gratitude to Luis Caloca for inviting us to the conference and to Dr. Javier del Hoyo for recommending and sponsoring us to Life University. Their support made this opportunity possible.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our chaperones: Rick Godina, Yuki Longest, Hugo Mendoza, and Yolanda Ramirez. Their patience and dedication contributed to keeping us safe while ensuring that we had a fantastic time throughout our stay. Managing 11 students couldn't have been easy, so I truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you.

During the first day of Life Leadership Week, we had the opportunity to learn about influential chiropractors and listen to the president of Life Leadership share insights during the conference. They discussed their personal challenges and underscored the significance of chiropractic care. It was truly captivating to hear their narratives about their journey into chiropractic practice and the motivations behind their decision to pursue this field.

The second day was the most memorable for me. We visited the Georgia Aquarium in downtown Atlanta, and I was particularly excited to explore the city and see the marine animals at the aquarium. It was my favorite part of the trip, and I had a great time with the FHLA members. Afterward, we returned to the university and participated in some outdoor activities as a group, which was a lot of fun.

The trip was incredibly enlightening and eye-opening. I had a wonderful experience at Life University; everyone was incredibly welcoming and offered valuable advice. Interacting with both the students and professors was a great learning experience, and I feel like we all gained new insights into the potential of chiropractic care.
